What are your application requirements?

We require a household income of at least 3x the rent amount. We also conduct credit, criminal, and rental background checks.

How much is the security deposit?

Our security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

What leasing options are available?

Granite Village offers 12-month leases.

Are utilities included?

Hot water, water, sewer, heat, and trash are all included in your monthly rent.

What are the occupancy limits?

Granite Village's occupancy standards are set by the local Board of Health and are as follows: Studio - 2 people; One Bedroom - 3 people; Two Bedroom - 5 people.

What fees/deposits are due upon applying? Moving in?

Granite Village's application fee is $50 for each applicant 18 years old or older.
We also require 10% of the security deposit when you submit the application.
The remainder of the security deposit, which is equal to one month's rent and the first month's rent is due before moving in.

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes. We require our residents to have liability insurance with coverage of at least $300,000. It is the responsibility of the resident to obtain and pay for the renter's insurance.

When is rent due?

Rent is always due on the first day of the month.

What are the hours of the office?

Our office is open Monday-Thursday 9:00am -5:30pm, and Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

How can I pay my rent?

Granite Village only accepts online payments through your resident portal account.
Your options of payment are ACH, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Moneygram. Some of these options have added fees.

How do residents receive packages?

Residents may have packages sent to the office or the delivery company may leave them in the foyer. Amazon will deliver to the resident's door.

How often is there a rent increase?

Rent increases are implemented upon renewal of the lease. You will not be subject to a rent increase in the middle of your lease.

Is there a late fee for overdue payments?

Yes. After the 5th of the month, there is a $100 late fee.

What are the hours of the leasing office?

Our leasing office is open Monday-Thursday 9:00am -5:30pm, and Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

What are the pool hours and seasonal availability?

Our pool opens Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Our hours are 10:00am - 7:00pm.

Are your stoves gas or electric?

Our stoves are electric.

Do the apartment homes have microwaves?

Yes. All of our homes have microwaves.

Are there laundry facilities in the community?

Every building in the Granite Village community has a laundry facility.

What property amenities are included?

Granite Village residents enjoy our playground, pool, BBQ and picnic area.

What schools serve Granite Village?

Frances G Hopkins Elementary, Dover Middle School, Dover High School.

Is Granite Village near any major transportation routes?

Spaulding Turnpike, Pease International Airport is 15 minutes away. Manchester/Boston Airport is 45 minutes away. Boston-Logan Airport is one hour away.
